How we build.

Six phases from site selection to post-handover support. Each one designed around the same principle: build it like you are going to live in it yourself.

Build it like you are going to live in it.

That is the internal test. Before every decision — which tiles, which fixtures, which insulation — we ask: would we put this in our own home? If the answer is no, we find something better.

This is not a slogan. Members of the KCiti team live in our developments. We eat our own cooking. The standards we set are the standards we hold ourselves to as residents.

The Phases

From ground to keys.

Site selection

We choose locations for livability first, investment second. Proximity to schools, hospitals, and town centres. Access roads. Views. The site has to feel right before the numbers work.

Design & planning

Our architect designs for how people actually live — open plans, natural light, cross-ventilation. Every unit is drawn, reviewed, and drawn again. We approve finishes before the first brick is laid.

Construction

We build with our own team, not subcontractors. Monthly progress reports with photos and video. Every milestone is documented and communicated to buyers. No excuses, no surprises.

Quality assurance

Before handover, every unit goes through a 150-point inspection. Plumbing, electrical, finishes, fixtures — everything is tested. We do not hand over a unit we would not live in ourselves.

Handover

Guided walk-through, handover documentation, warranty terms, and resident handbook. You get the keys to a finished home — not a construction site with promises.

06

Post-handover support

A 12-month defects liability period. Property management available for investors. Resident WhatsApp group for community coordination. We stay involved after the sale.
