Milans handover: what our residents say.

Milans handover: what our residents say.

Six months after handover, we sat down with three Milans residents to hear their honest experience of living in a KCiti home. No scripts, no marketing brief — just the daily reality.

The build quality exceeded our expectations. It feels like more than we paid for.

James Karanja moved in with his family from Nairobi. The morning routine is different now — coffee on the balcony, Mt Kenya in the distance, the sound of birds instead of traffic. The finishes, he says, exceeded expectations.

Aisha Wanjiru bought her unit from London, sight unseen except for a video tour. The handover matched the renders exactly. Her tenant moved in two weeks after completion. The yield has been steady since day one.

David and Grace Mwangi were surprised by the community. Shared gardens where children play every evening, neighbors who talk to each other, a genuine sense of belonging. Their kids love it. They are not going back to Nairobi.
