The Naples foundation work wrapped ahead of schedule this week. Our construction team completed the final poured concrete foundation for Block C on March 12, bringing us two weeks ahead of the projected timeline.
This is a milestone worth noting. Foundations are the part of a build that cannot be rushed — the integrity of everything above depends on what happens below grade. We took our time getting the soil analysis right, the compaction tested, and the reinforcement placed exactly as specified.

With foundations complete across all three blocks, the next phase begins immediately: ground-floor slab construction and the first vertical walls. Buyers will start to see the footprint of their actual units taking shape over the next four to six weeks.
For those tracking the numbers: we have poured 420 cubic metres of concrete, placed 38 tonnes of reinforcement steel, and passed all three structural inspection milestones without a single correction required.
